Aunt Trina's Pumpkin Bread

dry ingredients:
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/2 t. cloves
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg

wet ingredients:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree (1 can)
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Spray loaf pan or muffin pan

Mix wet ingredients.  Add dry ingredients.  Mix well. 

Bake 25-28 minutes for muffins (do not over bake) or 1-1 1/4 hour for loaf.
